I need answer @kinglock RSIM 12+ V10.1 NOT PERMIT SET TMSI METHOD

@kinglock rsim 12+ versión 10.1 no open any manual menu except edict icxid. I select other opción and nothing happen. Please solution. I need work with other method meanwhile iccid method no work outside USA.
