What tool should I use to flash board software downloaded from easyfirmware

I just bought a package on Easy firmware to flash board software on a huawei hisilicon 1.0, but I don't know what tool should I use I have EFT dongle that has update app option but somehow i doesn't let me flash it
So I want to know what tool do I use
