Please Help support team I bought new octoplus pro box with fully activated

Please Help support team I bought new octoplus pro box with fully activated titled (octoplus Pro Box 7 in 1 Cable Set, SAM, LG, JTAG, FRP, HUAWEI, SONY, SONY ERIC) at 459USD from gsm server .com but my box is not activated for following module when i try to update with octoplus software it says no activation found for this serial number . Please check this serial number and help me to get activation what I paid for . My box serial number is 10000049A or 010000049A
