OnePlus 6T dead please help

hi,

i have a oneplus 6t that ive been trying to repair the imei on using UMT Box. i put the phone in HS-USB QDloader mode by pressing volume up + down key and connecting the phone a usb to PC. Now the phone wont turn on. please see logs below. any help woul be great
