infinix x622 after flash only half menu appears

the phone has this version X622-QL1818DF-O-IN-190108V59 ,i flashed it with same firmware and process went good but only half menu appeared
I tryed downgrade to X622-QL1818DF-O-IN-180831V47 but it became dead
any solution ? thank you
