LG G3 DATA connection not work after unlock!!

LG G3 (koodoo lock)successfully unlock by octoplus..

the problem now is when using Globe and smart simcard (Philippines)

Data connection not work even APN is configured properly...

3g-4g-H+ not showing in signal bar..

but gsm works fine!!

any solution??
