iPhone 8 Plus water damage

Hi, I received a 8 Plus (intel) and was shorted. Find the short on TIGRIS_LDO line, replaced the U3300 (Tigris), the short gone. Now no shorted any area but phone won't turn on and charge. Press power with the power supply go till 0.001A and down. Check measuring the PP_VDD_Main aren't arriving the voltage from the power/battery. Can be the PMIC the culprit?, not sure how is the real path from PP_BAT_VCC till PP_VDD_Main for process it.
Any idea is appreciated.
