VNS-L31 charging problem

Hi guys,


I have a P9-Lite that won't charge. When you plug it in, the charger shorts out.

My client plugged the phone into a 24v charger. The phone powers up and everything works, just not the charging.


I've changed the charging board and flew and it still does the same thing.

Can you assist? I now the problem lies on the mainboard.
