Initially i have the problem to view diagrams (error: server has been lost!). After many attempts i accidentally uncheck the save password box losting the passcode that i don’t remember. I can login with any password (this is strange) but i still can’t view diagrams. I’ve followed the steps to modify passcode and i’ve sent email to 1074256126qqcom but no answer result! Can you help me? Thx
