1- unlock bootloader + TWRP+ Root
2- Unlock your device using octoplus
i tried using quick shortcut still same
also writing qcn same result

Also, insert SIM card and make a video with phone's screen, where we can see, that device is locked, then send us link with video we will check.

it was unlock already... problem now is service disable.. i just need to try good qcn .i try to upload it to facebook and paste the link here
