iphone 7 ringer very low in incomming call

hi i have iphone 7 that the audio on the ear and mik is ok also when i chnge to speaker the mic and loudspeaker ok but in incomming calls the ringer (loudspeaker) sometimes works ok and sometomes very low i have changed the audio ic with all the jumpers also changed charging flex still the same
any idea ????
