beware this person or website CHEATER/SCAMMER. he cheated me 4k plus usd. after unlocked his att semi premium he disputed on paypal.

he claim that imei relock but no single verification. all his list are UNLOCKED no relock happen even single ime. . he disputed chargedback to my paypal..
