Huawei nova 3E ANE-LX2 reset frp failed

Guys i need your help this phone fail to reset frp,i try hisi type and hisi 970 but failed,i think it got new security patch level,i try bypass through talkback but stuck at not showing voice access YouTube video ,so any other idea?
