Nokia 6 frp tool not detecting need help badly

hello team i have activated Ntool with 20 credits
am trying to perform frp operation tool is not detecting need help please
All drivers installed
Am trying to connect device in off mode
But Ntool is not detected .!!!
Is that am doing wrong need help badly
