Moto G4 Play xt1607 FRP Reset Done - With user assistance also
This one was a tricky one. I had to enable ADB under Motorola Tab and it wouldn't enable until 2-3 reboots later when it was suppose to reboot to Fastboot. Finally I got it enabled after 2 restarts and just canceled the ADB process. Next I went to the FRP section under Motorola tab and used the ADB Reset method. After this it left the phone with a screen saying I needed to continue the signup process with a previous account. Next to be safe I went to CMD and input "adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1". I had to manually reboot after this. Phone rebooted right into Android. Then simply added an account to be safe and removed it then factory reset. Done.
NOTE: I ended up losing my data connection for some reason even after resetting. It also left CommServer enabled and CQATest app available. Trying to fix this now. Hopefully new UNI Tool will properly enabled ADB and have method to remove 100% without needing to do extra steps like I had to just do.
