My tab 3 P5210 do not power. when i connect the battery, the voltage on battery terminals is 0.56V. when battery is disconnected, the voltage is 4.05V. when charger is connected, charger indicates power draw, but tablet has no response, voltage on battery terminals is 0.56V. please help.
