problems with flashing htc phones

Many Htc phones when flashing with miracle box give done but the phone not booting .. only stuck at logo even if you make a hard reset
we need to flash it with sb flashtool to make it work
actually I dont like that tool and cant trust it
what is the hint to make that kind of flash works with miracle and how to define the exact firmware for htc phones
