I cant unlock nokia lumia 650 RM-1152

i have bought credit for infinity best dongle but still i cant unlock my nokia lumia 650 Rm-1152 and i installed all the drivers for my system but still no way to enter textmode for the unloking.Team please i need a respond to my problem thanks
