g960u TMB unlock fail. Device not found error.

See log for details. Unlock never goes through. after upload mode read and reboot pc searching for signatures takes forever and when its done i get no device found. upon checking device manager it seems that the PC wont detect the phone until after the process fails at which point the phone is instantly detected by the PC. here is the log:
