there is a small bug in DCPhoenix 79, when changing oeminfo on a BLA-L09 the region will always be hw demo (C652) no matter what information you enter in the boxes after
if anyone needs a temporary fix you can use an oeminfo file of your own for the correct region, i was unable to find one for the L09 C432 specifically but did manage to find an L29 which will work if you change it to L09 (edits seem to work on my oeminfo file but not the standard ones included with DC)
