Iphone 7 Qualcomm No service

i have an iphone 7 with No service problem, no Modem firmware but i still have imei, i remove bb pm and reball, still no service, i even replace , still no service, then i flashed, now no imei and no service, can't Activate [emoji15] . any help appreciated
