Hello Octopus, i have a little confusion. a customer brought to me Samsung J327T last year (but can't remember the exact day or month) and unlocked it for him. Now he came back saying that the phone got re-locked.
My problem now is that i am not sure if the phone he reclaim that got re-locked was the one i unlocked to him, because my hard drive that am using before was damaged, and i can't reach my octopus log folder anymore. Now please is there anyway to get my online activity history? or what should i do, should i try to unlock it again ? my octopus account user name is: mcbtelecom any help please. thanks
