Infinity Best 2.27 Error unknow srv recieved Fail to download

hello too all i have problem which is related to download file from infinity support when i enter product code it says unknow response recieved from srv and also server are not working of infinity i have checked linked all are down
please help my how to download file and there is no entry of ( Schen) in best folder ini i have checked it please help me to sort this problem if you have working link of 2.18 please share thanks
