error on my furious box. need help

Verry happy to see furious website work now.
But my problem, it is longtime i use my box and when i try enable the pack5 and another pack i display :

Connecting to server ...
Authorisation process started ...
Device is banned. Contact reseller or support for details !
Time needed - 00:00:02

what s can i do in this case. thk for team help
