android qualcomm tablet without usb need programmer

i have a very big qty of android tablet that work as control panel connected to some feature such as fire alarm, smoke detector and

this control panel have android version 5.1.1
Linux version 3.4.0
this tab connected to cloud server and when switch on it work by secured system little option only is available
we need break this security or edit software and make all options available



we need some one to help our team in :

1- read good backup firmware
2- Make root or custom firmware

3- Disconnect this tablet from Manufacture cloud to connect with our sever
