Diag Port Did not work on my 5.0 so i downgraded to NF7 U2 Firmware.

Then i used C3300K Cable with Z3X and unlocked with only pressing Unlock Button.

And it gave me error because on new version UART was not set to Modem on 4.4.2 yet. So i changed to it and used z3x comport and it worked.

After Unlock You need to select Roaming from Network Settings from Japan to 4G/Roaming.
