Pansonic P55 Modem Test Adb Offline Need Help

hello to all i have Panasonic P55 after flash modem test i have tried every solution first of all i m not a noob i have tried every method and with different Drivers of adb but with different adb it says device unauthrise and with other adb version it says Offline what can be happen please share you solution not it should no be old one
