oppo a57 after format fs TOP BAR ( battery,signal etc) not show

oppo a 57 come with patren lock problem first i do disable lock software says ok but lock not remove . then i try with format fs . now set is ok but top bar ( battery,signal etc) not shown .

i also have its backup made by umt qcfire . but not know that its work without userdata partion ? because user data is not reded by default so i have little confusion to flash this phone .
