Iphone 6 plus strange sound problum

iam facing strange sound problum on iphone 6 plus....the problum is all mic not working and loudspeaker icon disable on calls also when i will try to use recording option phone says no audio devices found...
i replace big sound ic also replace small...but the problum is still same also restore i with lastest ios 12.1.3
need help
