i have one j730gm with pattern lock with me. have bmtpro from last 4 days. but support centre does not have any files on there. yesterday evening i got latest v35 shell with option to create own magic file. as per the video in forum i download binary 4 combination firmware and multi firmware. then i try to create my own magic file. first time i am able to create both patch1 and patch 2 files. but when i try to flash those files i am getting an error message as cannot find the file. or cannot open file.
so i close bmt and open again with admin rights but still same. after trying 3 4 times with files in diffrent folders i give up. then i delete those files and started to create new patch files. but now when i press create patch 1 file i am getting run time error.
not sure what is the problem is. customer is getting angry( set pending from last 5 days). moderators plese help.
