Smart Card is dead

Hi i had DCU DCP and HCU lifetime activation on my infinity dongle. Unfortunately the smartcard is dead and its like hell broke on me. Please help me out what are my option. If i get new smart card will my current activations be transfered on it. Will it be done by DCU team or Infinity team ?
