SM-G390F Reset FRP problem

hello i have a problem to Reset FRP with xcover 4
the problem is i have done all the frp steps Reset FRP ADB (Combination)
1. Write full combination firmware.
2. Enable ADB from settings
3. Write stock firmware without "recovery.img", "cache.img", and "userdata" partitions.

after i write stock firmware without "recovery.img", "cache.img", and "userdata" the phone just keep rebooting so i have re-flash it with different full stock (original) firmware and repeat again the steps but is still the same problem :confused: ...........
