Problem with GSMman187 or iphoneking.se

I have had a problem with iphoneking.se
I have had many orders with him, all except one were rejected with huge delays... and he doesn't respond when I ask to cancel or refund... Huge problem...

Didn't want to say cheater on the forum cause I had seen he is known here so tried to work with him until I finish my credit... even added more to order on the iCloud 100% Clean and it took him more than one month for an order that says 72 hours and the order is still in process. The phone has even turned to Lost Mode and he won't reply or reject.

Please help in solving this 1 year running problem.

I want a refund either to my US bank account or to a PayPal account
