Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Whyred Bricked

Customer want convert chinese to global i have backup phone firmware then flash with qcfire 2.6 flash done but phone stuck on recovery mode says this miui cant be install its not problem... main problem is i cant flash this this phone after that backup firrmware global chinese all rom now error on loader. i have try with manual loader same . plz help me team.
