Redmi 5a mcg3b mi account remove need help

redmi 5a mcg3b mi account lock
cant work any option
phone display always show this device is lock
and only two option is there
1 Activate this device
2 open wifi setting
thats all
after hard reset also same
can anybody help me how can i remove mi account from this device permanently...
