After format+flash with SPtool Doogee X9 mini is dead??

client bring to me Doogee X9 mini dead phone
he try to resolve the freezze logo problem flashing a phone by SP Flash tool
phone goes dead
i try to flash the phone with CM2MTK exe
phone flashed ok by not switch on
any help
