Problem with my box - Error 10

in my box - Uart option is not work (but i can't to updating driver - i have Error {code 10} ) - for my friends is work(Urat and updating). I need help to use in Uart option.... {if I connect my uart cable to my box - i don't see the box instal Uart Driver - but in my friends that install the Uart driver...}
