p5100 fw problems after emmc replace

Hello everyone, i am having problems with 5100 after emmc replace.
here`s my steps:
ive got kmvtu(16gb galaxy s3 emmc) (used from aliexpress as always)
1) movinand factory reset(z3x)
2) movinand format and reset(z3x)
3) set bootconfig(boot from rom1,b-width 1 line and so on.(z3x)
4) smart repair (srf) direct emmc (octoplus pro)
5) solder to the board
6) tablet successfully entered download mode -> 4 file fw with pit (update boot, repartition)
then after reboot android comed up with errors

ive tried to flash with bst (with efs that ive founded) and so on. but nothing helped.

Next ive desoldered emmc and upgraded its FW, then same steps, but for now ive tried to flash dump from z3x support (ive flashed 1gb)
Soldered emmc again and tablet entered download mode again.
ive flashed 4 file FW, but faced same problem.


then ive tried 1 file fw (someone told me that it helps sometimes) Nothing helped at all.

Then. Ive installed custom recovery (TWRP) and lineage custom os from twrp and tablet booted!

BUT: when ive tried to flash root file from octoplus samsung support (tab 2 root.oct) tablet stucked on boot again(tab 2 logo)

So now ive got another emmc from packet (same packet as for 1 emmc)
and i am trying to flash by vendor(z3x).


What am i douing wrong guys? BTW. smart report of emmc is normal.
How to flash with normal FW and then root to restore efs and imei?
Need help!
