J260Y/DS Problem Cannot Connect To Data

i manage to unlock this phone thru sam key. unlock successful but the problem cannot connect to data. when i try to add access point this will appear" ACCESS POINT NAME SETTING ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS USER" ?????

Anybody knows how to configure this to add an access point. or any sulotion to this type of problem?????? pls share.... ty!
