j730g u5 frp off oem on .only commbnation work but there no opation

hi team
in my hand j730g u5 frp lock off and oem on
when i write 7.11 or 8.1 firmware phone go to easeing in recovery and restart
but when i write commbnation then phone working ok
but there no opation oem enable.
where is worng ?
