Credit is gone and server is down

Hi Ntool team,

I recently bought the 20 credit pack and I received an email from Ntool team with acc and password.

I immediately opened the software and receive errors from the server:

I am pretty sure I havent use any services or functions in the tool. Please check and help me out. Best regards.
