No certaİn answer this issue!!

hello
i bought last week miracle box and i got this monday
when i get the box downloaded miracle box v2.70 new users setup file

first pc is windows 10 64bit;
run the program it were open succesfully and i register there next opening time it did not open anymore
i got email for succesfully registered
i deleted program re-install again and still not open

found second pc is windows 8 64 bit
start the program and closing again
so much working on it ;close the firewall, disable some rules etc...

then found a new pc have windows 7 32 bit
start the program STİLL SAME İSSUE

i dont know what the do now please help me
working on this about 5 days im gonna freaked out!
