Hi and a very pleasant day everyone! A *******r has brought an Alcatel 5051A (pop 4) for me to flash. The problem with the device, is that it has alot of viruses and keeps popping up nude and x-rated images on her son's phone.
Moreover, the problem I am facing is that I am unable to find the firmware anywhere on the internet and the firmware upgrade tool won't flash as its stating, "latest firmware already installed." Can someone please help!
